About the role:
We are a small-batch roastery with two cafes. We are looking for an experienced barista to join us, either part-time or full-time, at our Hornsey Road location in North London. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in specialty coffee.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and presentation
- Dial in a variety of coffees, steam and texture milk to a high standard, produce exceptional latte art
- Maintain a clean and organised bar
- Assist with machine and grinder maintenance
- Assist with daily operations: stock control, ordering, cleaning
- Light food prep
- Provide a warm customer experience and ensure consistency of service
- Maintain knowledge of our retail coffee offering, and communicate to customers in an engaging, approachable way
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
